Become A WOW Academy
Step 2 - Sign the WOW Academy Contract and choose a site license
A WOW Academy agent will be assigned to you and will call you within 2 business days. Once your WOW Academy agent has answered all your questions, a WOW Academy contract will be sent to you for review. At this point you will need to decide which type of site license you are applying for.

WOW Academy offers four different site license options all of which must be renewed annually. The Academic and District site licenses are the most popular as we provide the courses, assessment and certification exams for free. The other two options allow you to either create your own courses or purchase WOW Academy courses, assessment and certification exams at a reduced rate.

Also, be sure to contact Sandy, our grant consultant, at 1-850-345-6959 to see if you qualify for up to $1000 in grant money from the WebYoda Foundation to use towards your site license fees. Some restrictions may apply.

WOW Academy Site License Options:

Basic Site License     -   $495 per year (Courses, assessments and WebYoda exams extra)
Premier Site License   -  $2995 per year (Courses included. Assessments & WebYoda exams extra)
Academic Site License* -  $3495 per year (Courses, assessments and WebYoda exams included)
District Site License* - $13995 per year (Courses, assessments and WebYoda exams included)

* The Academic and District site licenses are for intended for secondary
and post secondary schools only. Some restrictions may apply.

To complete the process you must sign the contract and remit your WOW Academy payment along with your original contract to the address below.
